All sales of Parlez™ Electrolarynx and related accessories are subject to availability and acceptance by Elogio Speech Technologies LLC.
Orders are processed in the United States and shipped from authorized fulfillment centers.
Products are intended for single-patient use.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Free Standard U.S. Shipping from our facility in San Antonio, Texas.
A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been processed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days depending on destination and carrier performance.
Elogio Speech Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@elogiospeech.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will assist with a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Returns & Warranty
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of Parlez™ Electrolarynx devices and accessories purchased directly from Elogio Speech Technologies within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
For hygiene and patient-safety reasons, opened or used devices, mouth adapters, or accessories that have come into contact with skin or saliva cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact support@elogiospeech.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Refunds
Approved returns received in original condition will be refunded to the original payment method, less any expedited-shipping fees (if applicable).
Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for refunds to appear on your account.
Limited Warranty
Elogio Speech Technologies warrants each Parlez™ Electrolarynx device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
This warranty covers normal consumer use and excludes:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or accidents
Normal wear of consumable parts (such as oral adapters or cables)
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations
During the warranty period, Elogio Speech Technologies will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product that proves defective under normal use.
Replacements may be new or refurbished units of equal value.
Warranty Service
To request warranty service, email support@elogiospeech.com with your serial number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is determined to be covered, you will receive instructions for return and evaluation.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated above, Elogio Speech Technologies disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Sales Tax & Order Acceptance
Sales Tax
Elogio Speech Technologies collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the State of Texas, where the company maintains a business presence.
No sales tax is collected on orders shipped to other U.S. states.
Customers are responsible for any use taxes that may apply under their local laws.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Elogio Speech Technologies.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or product unavailability.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Elogio Speech Technologies reserves the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors that may occur.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elogio Speech Technologies LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product that gave rise to the claim.
This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and is a fundamental element of the agreement between you and Elogio Speech Technologies LLC.
Indemnification
By purchasing or using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elogio Speech Technologies LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the product or violation of these Terms of Sale.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
