All purchases of Parlez™ electrolarynx devices and related accessories are made through authorized third-party marketplaces, including Amazon.

Pricing, payment processing, shipping, returns, refunds, and order fulfillment are governed exclusively by the policies of the marketplace through which the purchase is made.

Manufacturer Warranty

Limited Warranty

Elogio Speech Technologies LLC warrants each Parlez™ electrolarynx device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original purchase date, when used under normal intended conditions.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers normal consumer use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or accidents

  • Normal wear of consumable or accessory parts (such as oral adapters or cables)

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations

Remedy

During the warranty period, Elogio Speech Technologies will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product determined to be defective under normal use. Replacement units may be new or refurbished products of equal value.

This warranty does not provide refunds and does not cover costs incurred outside the scope of repair or replacement as described above.

Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact support@elogiospeech.com and include the following information:

  • Device serial number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, you will receive instructions for return and evaluation.

Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated above, Elogio Speech Technologies LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Elogio Speech Technologies LLC under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elogio Speech Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use any Parlez™ electrolarynx device, accessories, documentation, or information provided on this website.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, personal inconvenience, or any other commercial or personal losses, even if Elogio Speech Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Except where prohibited by law, Elogio Speech Technologies’ total liability for any claim related to a Parlez™ electrolarynx device shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the device.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including statutory consumer protections.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and Warranty Information, and any disputes arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Purchases of Parlez™ electrolarynx devices are made through authorized third-party marketplaces, including Amazon. Payment processing, order acceptance, sales tax, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the policies of the marketplace through which the purchase is made.
